Have you ever been wondering around NYC and seen this crazy clear box
with Lions inside drive by? Well we have, and it got our attention! We see Olde Good Things as we travel all over the country and we
are excited to announce that they are on the way to The Antique & Design Center at High Point Market this Spring! You can find them at MSG-14-ADC and also at SAMS G-8003
Olde Good Things is one of the largest architectural antique dealers in the
country, with four store locations nationwide filled with doorknobs,
hardware, doors, mantels, decorative iron, stained glass, terra cotta
and many more olde good things. They also have a warehouse of over 100,000
square feet inside, and three acres outside, all bursting with
reclaimed materials and antique items.
They acquire antique and architectural artifacts from many late
nineteenth century and pre-depression buildings, saving them from the
landfills, and making them available to collectors and designers
everywhere. They will be bringing the best of their inventory to High Point.
During
the late 19th century individuals and institutions ordered their
initials or logos to be produced on their door hardware. This result is a
vast variety of calligraphic hardware now available to collectors.
